Failed generation
A confirmed failed task releases reserved credits automatically. A task with an uncertain provider status remains under review; keep the task ID and do not submit it again. Credit restoration is distinct from a refund of your payment.
Broken results
Report a broken download, missing uploaded character or clearly incorrect role assignment within seven days. Include the task ID. We review the task before deciding on credit restoration. Aesthetic preferences alone do not guarantee a refund.
Payments
Request a payment refund within 14 days for unused, unreserved purchased credits. Contact support@outstanding-tiny-desk.net with your order ID. Refunds are reviewed individually and processed through the original payment provider. Confirmed payment refunds revoke the corresponding credits. Statutory consumer rights remain applicable.
