Choose one clear, front-facing photo of the adult who should sing lead. The lead gets the singing and laughing close-up.
Cast the band
Optionally add photos for the front microphone, two backing singers and saxophone player. Empty slots keep the reference performers. Each photo controls only its labelled role.
Submit and return
Confirm permission, sign in and use your credits. Selected photos survive the login and checkout return on this browser. Closing the page does not cancel a submitted task. Return to My videos to check status.
Download
Download your private MP4 within seven days. Label it as AI-generated when sharing. If a task needs review, keep its task ID and avoid submitting again.
Continue after signing in or paying
Your Google account holds your balance, orders and finished videos. Your photos remain saved on the browser where you chose them. Returning from checkout does not start a generation: review the roles and permission checkbox, then select Make my Tiny Desk video.
If a step does not work
A photo that cannot be opened needs a different file: export HEIC as JPEG, or try a sharper portrait. A confirmed failed video returns its credits. If your task is still being checked, use the existing history entry instead of creating another video. Read all questions and answers.
